Chad Murphy was named USBC Executive Director in June 2014. Murphy joined the International Bowling Campus in 2010 as Director of Youth for the Bowling Proprietors' Association of America before taking on the role of IBC Director of Youth Development in 2011. In January 2012, Murphy earned promotion to IBC Managing Director of Youth Development, and in February 2014 was named USBC Interim Executive Director. Prior to joining the IBC, Murphy worked for Columbia Industries from 1998 to 2007, and moved to Ebonite International as brand manager for Columbia 300 in 2007. Murphy started in the bowling industry as a Technical Tour Representative on the Professional Bowlers Association and Professional Women's Bowling Association tours for Columbia 300 before moving to roles in sales, marketing and lead product manager for Columbia's research and development team. In 1998, Murphy earned a place on Team USA and won a silver medal at the 1998 World Tenpin Team Cup in Amsterdam. Murphy also was part of the Ebonite Nitro/r's team that won two Grand Championships at the Brunswick World Team Challenge Series in 1994 and 1996.

Mike Larsen was named Managing Director in September 2024. Larsen, who started at USBC in 2008 with a focus on service and education to local associations, now oversees the teams responsible for service and operations of Membership, Association Services, the Open and Women’s Championships and the USBC Convention. Prior to joining USBC, Larsen’s professional background included work in retail and event management. He earned a marketing degree from the University of Central Florida, where he competed on a nationally ranked bowling team. In 2014, he completed his Executive MBA from Texas Christian University.

Roger Noordhoek serves as Managing Director of Marketing for the United States Bowling Congress, where he oversees integrated marketing, communications and brand strategy across national tournaments, media platforms, membership initiatives and strategic partnerships, while leading cross-functional teams aligned to organizational priorities. He joined the International Bowling Campus in 2015 as part of the Youth Development team and has since expanded his role to guide organization-wide marketing efforts. A former competitive youth bowler, Noordhoek began his career at the Showboat Pro Shop in Las Vegas. He joined Roto Grip in 2002, advancing through sales and marketing before being named Brand Manager. He later served as Vice President of Marketing for Storm Products, leading global brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

Robert Stokes serves as Managing Director of Information Technology where he oversees information technology, including architecture and operations. He joined USBC in 2014 as Senior Director of Software Architecture and Development. Prior to USBC, Stokes spent over 20 years delivering technical solutions in consulting and professional services spanning aerospace, finance, gaming, logistics, manufacturing, medical, retail, software and non-profit verticals. Stokes graduated from UT-Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
