Dennis Hacker of Longtown, Missouri, begins his seventh year of service on the USBC Board with the 2024-2025 season, and he will serve as president after spending two years as vice president. He has been the Association Manager of the Missouri State USBC since 2019, after serving as a director since 2007. He is also a director on the Cape Girardeau USBC board. He is a member of the Missouri State and the Cape Girardeau USBC Halls of Fame. Hacker is a USBC Silver coach and led his Jackson High School bowling team to a state championship in 2022. On the lanes, he won the Bowlers Journal singles title in 1986, the New York State Amateur in 2000 and was first alternate for Team USA in 1988. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1981-1993, where he worked as a nuclear electrician on submarines. Bowling for the Navy, he was the All-Navy champion three times over his 12-year career. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and worked as Director of Research for Pinnacle Research Group, an independent full-service market research firm, for 22 years, retiring in 2022.
