The “Captain’s Club” is a program for team captains at the USBC Open Championships and USBC Women’s Championships that offers various rewards and benefits based for meeting specified team entry numbers for the upcoming year’s Open and Women’s Championships.
The program is open to all captains entering teams for the Open and Women’s Championships, who meet the minimum entry requirements.
Any eligible captain who enters five (5) or more team entries for the upcoming year’s Open and/or Women’s Championships prior to Dec. 31, will be eligible and automatically will be entered into the Program. A coordinator must maintain at least five teams in order to remain in the program.

The entry requirements for the Captain's Club have been updated. Here are the key details.
Returning Coordinators (2024 Captain's Club members):
- If you were a member of the Captain's Club in 2024:
- You qualify to receive the on-site benefits package in 2025, based on your 2024 tier. This includes a variety of gifts, discounts and vouchers.
- 2026 benefits include:
- Early registration of team dates/times for 2026.
- Delayed payments for the 2026 events.
- If you sign up as a coordinator for the 2025 Open or Women's Championships but were not a Captain's Club member in 2024:
- You will remain in a qualification period during the 2025 tournament.
- After completing the 2025 tournament, you qualify to receive the on-site benefits package in 2026.
- 2027 benefits include:
- Early registration of team dates/times for 2027.
- Delayed payments for the 2027 events.
