Team USA accepting resumes for 2020 Pan Am Senior Championships

ARLINGTON, Texas - The Team USA program now is accepting resumes from eligible senior bowlers interested in representing the United States at the 2020 Pan American Bowling Senior Championships.
Four men and four women will be selected for the Senior Team USA squad that will compete Aug. 16-23 at the Bowling Center Departmental in Cali, Colombia. The same venue hosted the Pan Am Bowling Adult Championships in 2016.
Competitors at the 2020 Pan Am Senior Championships will bowl for medals in singles, doubles, trios, team, all-events and Masters.
The 2020 tournament will be the seventh edition of the event. It first was held in 2008.
To be eligible for this opportunity with Senior Team USA, athletes must be, or turn, 50 years old during the 2020 calendar year. The deadline to submit a resume is May 30, 2020.

The National Selection committee will determine the four senior men and four senior women for the Pan Am Senior Championships. Those selected will receive a paid entry into the event, airfare, lodging and official uniforms.
The week in Cali also will include the Pan Am Bowling Super Senior Championships for bowlers age 60 and older, though the United States will not field a team.
