INDIANAPOLIS - The Robert Morris-Illinois men and Webber International women earned the top seeds for the double-elimination match-play bracket Friday at the 2012 NAIA Invitational.
The Robert Morris men shot 5,215 for 24 Baker games Friday en route to earning the top seed. Webber International was second in the men's division with 5,020, while Midland qualified in third with 4,923.
The top nine teams after qualifying in the men's division earned byes in the first round and will be seeded directly into the second round.
In the women's division, Webber International led the way with 4,700. Robert Morris was second with 4,505, while Pikeville took third with 4,490.
A total of 23 men' teams and 16 women's teams are competing in the NAIA Invitational, which is being broadcast live on BowlTV.
