The Wright State men and Trine women locked up the top spots last weekend at the American Heartland Bowling Association Conference Championships in Monroe, Michigan.
The event featured 12 men's varsity teams and eight women's programs, with all schools rolling five traditional games and 12 Baker games. Total pinfall determined the champion in each division.
In the men's division, Wright State averaged more than 213 as a team during the traditional set to build a 135-pin lead over Adrian. The Raiders continued to add to their advantage during Baker competition, averaging nearly 230 over 12 games to collect the title with an 8,077 total.
Adrian was second with 7,873, and Bowling Green State was third with 7,497.
Olivet's Brandon Kreiner fired 279 in his final game to secure top individual honors in the men's division, finishing with a five-game set of 1,192, a 238.4 average.
Adrian teammates David Winters (1,177) and Joshua Felcoski (1,127) finished second and third, respectively, while Wright State's Brent Shroyer (1,111) and Trine's Bryce Ooley (1,097) also recorded top-five finishes.
Trine held a small lead over the field after two traditional games in the women's division, before a 1,095 effort in Game 3 opened the advantage. The Thunder led by 207 pins heading into the Baker block and were able to rebound after a slow start to remain at the top of the standings with a 7,200 total.
Wright State took second with 7,102, and Adrian was third with 7,040.
In the women's individual standings, Trine's Jenna Brewer rolled five games of 200 or higher, including 267 in Game 3, to earn the top spot with a 1,094 total (218.8 average).
Wright State's Sophia Fischer placed second with 1,062, and Adrian's Kylie Middleton was third with 1,043. Trine's Jaden Howard and Michigan State's Katelyn Barton tied for fourth with 1,040.

- At the Crossroads League Bowling Conference No. 4 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the Marian-Indiana men and women rolled to the top of the standings.
- At the Viterbo V-Hawk Invite in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Viterbo took home the title in the women's division by 341 pins, while the Viterbo men recorded a one-pin victory over Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
- At the Seminole Classic (Event No. 1) in Tallahassee, Florida, the Webber International men rolled to a big victory, while the Savannah College of Art and Design-Savannah women collected the win by less than 50 pins.
- At the Seminole Classic (Event No. 2) in Tallahassee, Florida, the Webber International women and men took the top spots across 36 Baker games.
- At the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference No. 4 in Jackson, Michigan, the Indiana Tech men maintained their spot at the top of the standings, while the Madonna women rolled in Baker competition to collect the win.
- At the Muskie Mash in Coshocton, Ohio, the Shawnee State women and Muskingum men finished at the top of the leaderboard.
