Rogoznica was born in Yugoslavia but nurtured his bowling career in Chicago. He won the Classic doubles with Jim Stefanich at the 1966 USBC Open Championships and finished second in team twice. He also had four additional top 10 finishes in other Open Championships appearances and averaged 196 for 37 years. He won the 1962 PBA Birmingham Open and was first in the 1965 BPAA Team Match Game championships.
