Helen Baker served as the fifth WIBC president from 1981 to 1988. Baker was on virtually every WIBC committee and received many awards and honors, including being named a WIBC Life Member. The WIBC Helen Baker Award recognizes a WIBC leader, who has made invaluable contributions to local, state and provincial women's bowling associations.
